Career Guidance Programme regarding "Job Opportunities in Government Sector"

GJO CLUB of Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College has organized a Career Guidance Programme regarding Government job opportunities on 14-07-2017. Retired IAS Officer  Shri N.M.Perumal was the Chief Guest. Principal Dr.M.Nandakumar chaired the programme. He pointed out that GJO club has been existing in our college since 2014. He insisted that more and more students should strive smartly to get Government jobs. The chief guest had prepared a material for competitive exam exclusively for mechanical students. It was printed in the Printing Department of Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College. The chief guest and the principal released the book and was received by Mr.Aparanantham, Retd Deputy Director,  Mr.A.Pugazh, the Academic Officer of the Institution and Mr.J.Saravanarajan, HOD, Mechanical Department.

  While addressing the students, Shri N.M.Perumal pointed out that Junior Engineer post in Railways is earmarked for diploma holders in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. He motivated the students to prepare and appear for Staff selection commission examinations during the final year. This will help them to face competitive examinations in the future. He presented the competitive exam materials for English, General Awareness and Indian constitution. These books are kept in the library for further reference.
